Andrew B. Cohen
Andrew B. Cohen is a partner at the firm and head of the firm’s litigation department. Mr. Cohen graduated from Temple University School of Law in 1992 and is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Cohen has appeared in State and Federal Courts, throughout New Jersey.
Mr. Cohen’s primary areas of concentration include, complex civil and commercial litigation, construction law, including contract, construction lien and change order disputes, commercial collection, real estate, employee theft and personal injury.
Mr. Cohen has served as special litigation counsel to Harrison Township in Gloucester County. During his 8 year tenure, Mr. Cohen has successfully handled a variety of matters for the Township, at the trial and appellate level, including the successful defense of claims, saving the Township hundreds of thousands of dollars. Mr. Cohen has also successfully pursued bond claims against Sureties, allowing the Township to complete unfinished site improvements in a major subdivision.
Mr. Cohen serves as counsel to a wide variety of clients, including Real Estate Developers; General Contractors; Subcontractors; Suppliers, including a national equipment rental company; Banks; Casinos and many businesses in various industries.
